Feel free to post the comfortable sandals you prefer!Anonymous wrote:Are these posts all jokes?
This is like a greatest hits of the ugliest footwear of all time.

These are my “best” comfy sandals that aren’t TOO ugly that I wear for European vacations / cobblestone streets. Agree that a white sneaker or simple flat sandal are best, but it’s been too hot for sneakers, and too much walking (even to dinner) for a flat sandal so this is where I’ve landed. Curious if everyone thinks they are terrible?!

IMO, this is one of the most reasonable suggestions I have seen for sandals on DCUM so far.
I think I would like them better if there was only one strap in front. More like this? But I don’t like the Velcro on the front of this one.

So, of course you added pictures of much better options that fit the OP’s requirements. Oh, wait…!
The issue is that we don’t post pics because there is nothing that meets the OP’s demands of a cute but orthopedic shoe.
The larger issue is why every single forty something on dcum thinks they need an orthopedic shoe to walk around for an hour on “cobblestone” streets. Let’s be honest that these women aren’t spending eight hours on their feet on the back roads of Italy. They’re going to spend a brief stint on the very well maintained streets of Rome and shouldn’t need orthopedic shoes for that.
But cue every poster on this thread who’s going to say no that they really are the 45 year old who has 19 different issues with their feet.

They have a few decent-looking (to me) models and all are comfortable.
