FOMO is definitely taking over this area now for sure. The people who received offers are in chill mode. Everyone else is constantly checking emails hoping to get that offer. It's a normal part of the process this time of year.
Switch, pay big money, realize in a few months the grass wasn't greener on the other side

SYC offers started early, as they got an ID in before the ice/snow.
Low numbers for SYC
The smart kids and parents know SYC churns out professional kickball players and little else.

Low numbers in term of offers extended, offer accepted and for boys or girls?
Low Number for tryouts
Guess again. 100 register and 90 attended for 1st SYC u13 ID session. U13 and u14 was packed.
Coaches should stick to same story. Lowest numbers in years
Are 80-90 girls at U13 ID in January really the lowest in history?
That's actually quite impressive.
80 of the so called ID's were rec players already at SYC so maybe you had net positive of 10 new potentials
Nice try, most of the girls had travel backpacks from a lot of different clubs. The ID session was in Hayfield HS stadium, parents had a great view of the whole tryout. There were at least 40 outside of club players. Offers went out the 1st night. They had a lot of talented kids out there.
Offers went out the first night but they are still having a 3rd session for GA/aspire teams? ……ok
They said sent out not that they were accepted lol
Plenty of declines, key players leaving for greener pastures
