Backhoes, bobcats this stuff is hard to remove

Rockville 20850. Secondary (probably tertiary) road plowed yesterday afternoon. The city is generally very good and quick in plowing, IME. That it took even this long reflects the difficulty of moving this heavy snow/sleet piled up. I saw them working and it took much, much longer than usual compared to regular snow.

The side streets around me are well plowed but we’re off of Wisconsin, so fairly central…

Plow blocked everyone in. It’s pure concrete. Middle school in neighborhood untouched.

Our street is plowed but the plow plowed us back in! It's like we have a wall of solid ice in front of our drive way. It's going to take a while to get out of here.

A plow got stuck in our street yesterday. We were talking to the driver. He said he was only able to get to 20% of his total route for Monday. They are way behind schedule.

20901 some of my neighbors roads are plowed but not mine

20906 no plows with the blades down. County site says we will be plowed by 8:49 PM tonight.

Really? I’m in Chevy Chase pretty close to Westbrook and we’ve been plowed 2x already.

Yes we're walkable to Westbrook and this dinky little plow (track loader) just came down our street doing tiny section by tiny section. He's dumping street snow directly in front of people's shoveled driveways. Thanks.
