I honestly don't know the answer to that question.
They could just move prelims to the day on Friday and finals to the day on Saturday. Eliminates all the night stuff which is the concern.
But if FCPS cancels activities, then it does not matter.

But why? It can’t be done by 6 pm on Friday then 6 pm on Saturday?
