Can you make them into blankets? I love my fake fur throws.

I have a beautiful vintage Persian Lamb coat with silver fox fur trim in a classic swing style. It is in lovely condition and gets compliments whenever I wear it. Fingers crossed for some cold weather this weekend!! I'm not ready for Spring.

Faux fur is awful IMO. All plastic and will never biodegrade.

Fur is absolutely in with the younger set (20s). I'm wearing mine out and about.

I was in NYC and saw more fur than I have in 20 years. It's definitely back.

My progressive 20-something nieces would definitely wear a vintage fur. They are back in, and avoiding stuff going into the landfill is way more popular than generating new plastic crap among the young 'uns.

Wear them. Polyester is neither chic nor sustainable.

It's funny. I had lunch with a friend today who was wearing a fur vest over a blouse. I had on a fur wrap. We both agreed that we are never giving up our fur. Yes, we still wear them.

But not a real fur coat, that's cruel. Nor a green dress. That's also cruel.

Game recognizing game.

I'm jealous I didn't get to this first.

Trade it in for a real green dress.

So killing an animal to eat it is totally fine but you MUST throw away the fur becasue it's horrible and unethical to use every part of the animal you killed for food? I don't get the outrage. It's just dumb virtue signaling.

Are you under the impression that was a witty comment? I have a coat made out of rabbit fur. I eat rabbit meat. Would you like some recipes?

I'm actually a witty vegetarian, so no.

Good for you. I’m not so I don’t see anything wrong with eating meat or wearing the fur.
