At the stops there are talks. I learned things, including to only react with kindness, stop trying to multitask and chase my thoughts. Chasing my thoughts and being unkind or angry is not how to experience peace. Each of us walks for peace each moment.
I am going to follow the instruction to start each morning by writing "This is going to be my peaceful day" instead of jumping on my screens to scroll, i will see what ensues.
