It is clear there is no constitution any more.
The major parties seem to prioritize their own interests and staying/regaining power before anything else.

What’s especially foolish about Republican members of Congress and their aides is their sentimental belief that they’ll survive more than a few months in a true Putinite dictatorship.
Putin will just send them to Europe aboard a ship, and sink the ship.

The Speaker moved a vote in a House rule that would prevent anyone from overturning Trump’s unconstitutional tariffs from the middle of the day to later at night after a couple Republicans said they might vote for a rule that would allow them to object to those tariffs.
That’s where they are.

Wish McConnell and McCarthy had done their jobs after Jan 6--the consequences have been devastating to our country. History will not be kind to either of them. The Republican party has once again shown that they are the party of corruption.
