Catholicism is a whole lot of performative stuff these days

Catholic Churches are barren except for older people

Even Catholic schools are more dominated now by kids of other faiths who are simply fleeing their public schools because they’re terrible


We aren't Catholic, but my kids attended Catholic school many years ago. I recently attended a Catholic baptism for my son's friend, and used your exact words to describe the mass. It wasn't at all how I remembered; very theatrical.
