Exactly. Top executive with high compensation. Professional ethics should have kept her from laying a hand on this guy. They both were sleazy, careless, and both are now unemployed. Exact details of the power dynamic don't matter. Or whether they were separated. Little people get fired all the time for any reason. They showed terrible judgment as senior executives.

If they had brazened it out, they also would have been okay. It's because they acted funny with the knowledge that it was not okay that it blew up.
