some of you have awful relationships with food and it shows.

It’s absolutely fine to indulge in comfort food sometimes. It’s absolutely not fine to tell someone else that they are being “gross” for doing it.

If ordering a salad makes you feel better when you are upset then I think that’s fantastic. But to crap on someone else for doing something different is pretty awful. There are plenty of people with food issues in the diet and nutrition forum-we don’t need it here.

Quick, easy and delicious, esp with a small scoop of vanilly ice cream on top.

So you have a sweet tooth. Can't you see that? Comfort food for me is never oreo shakes, cake and ice cream. I'd rather have chips or fries or a burger as a treat. Sugar and sweets are gross and even worse than "greasy choices".

I would indulge more in the self care - long hot shower, fuzzy slippers and bath robe and eat something yummy that will not make you feel like crap all over the next day.. Im sorry you had a bad day... take care of yourself

bad day? I’d buy a share size bag of peanut m&m’s for dinner, and pop on Love Actually.
