+1 it sounds weird frankly. Neither one of our kids would ever consider it.
I don't know why you think it's so weird. I am not saying a majority does it but I am sure some do. Teenagers have different preferences just like adults.
+1. Yes I agree with you. What's so weird?
My DS (16) sleeps nude and I don't think he is weird! That's just how he is must comfortable. The most important thing is to get a good night's rest, I think.

DS (13) is okay with stripes or plain colours. Have I missed pajama season or something? I can’t find them anywhere in age 13. I have seen shops that have some suitable but only up to age 12. Do boys stop wearing pyjamas when they enter their teens?
Why don't you just talk to your son? It can be a brief conversation that goes something like this:
“I need to go shopping for some clothes, and I have noticed that you have outgrown your pajamas again. Do you still wear them? I’m happy to keep buying them for you if you want, but it’s also perfectly fine for a young man your age to sleep in underwear or in the nude. No pressure either way. Just let me know".

My guess is there isn’t much of a market for it because it’s a cultural assumption that the majority of the male population sleeps naked or in just underwear by that age. Is your son actually asking you for pajamas? If you’re just assuming, it might be good to ask him if he still even wears them before you go to any more trouble.
