You just happen to be in a circle where others tolerate more alcohol - and it's not good for their health, even if they don't realize it.

Your body is telling you something. Listen.

Honestly I’ll never take advice from someone like you. Move on

Drinking is poison.

Alcohol is what cigarettes used to be. Normal educated people used to smoke. Then everyone figured out it’s terrible for you. Similar thing is happening with alcohol.

It’s absolutely terrible for you and you’re figuring this out.

I’m not on a GLP but get hot flashes when I drink. I’m on low dose HRT and am fine when I don’t drink. So I mostly don’t!

It’s the GLP. Theres so much written about this. For most, it either decreases/blunts your interest in drinking, or it increases the ill effects, including sluggishness and a longer-lasting hungover feeling afterwards.

True, some people taking GLPs notice no difference. But they’re in the minority.

Do yourself a favor. Just stop drinking. The health benefits are endless, even for people not on GLPs.

I stopped drinking around menopause, too many side effects and I'm not even on GLP-1s. At most I can have one drink occasionally, maybe once or twice a month.
