I know Fallsmead, cold spring and Lakewood don’t love it. They are scared they’d one day be rezoned out of Wootton and also don’t want a longer commute. Have you been in Wootton lately? If it wasn’t a school it would be condemned. I am not exaggerating. These neighborhoods would prefer a renovated Wootton, yes. But the ones I talk to understand it’s more important for their kids to be safe in the end.

The school has not been named, it's called Crown because that's where it's being built but the BOE has not gone through the naming process to vote on a name.

The old Blair building wasn't across the street, it was 1.5 miles away. It was fine, and will be at Wootton too.
