I didn't watch it but I do enjoy Ken Burns. I have heard mixed reviews. See, I think it's okay for people to have different opinions, and that doesn't make them dumb or trashy.

Can you please share why it's so ridiculous to find a documentary boring?

I'm really enjoying it, but I was a history major and this era was my favorite to study.

That being said, the visuals could be better. I know he's limited because of the availability of resources from the 1700s, but I feel like he could vary up the art a little bit.

Burns tells it from all sides. I’ve loved his docs, especially Vietnam and Rosevelts
