I'm pp, I really find it hard to believe that Bowser wouldn't have leaked it to the press. So far, we know that Stewart McLaurin at the White House Historical Association knew beforehand, and he told me they have all the furnishing and paintings in storage. But, who else knew. It is true. Which is why there was a huge debate inside the Bowser administration about what to do about it. It went all the way up to the mayor who decided not to confront the White House about it.
