These guys will steal medals and awards of they can too. They are all the worst guys in class who wanted to be special and have all the titles and attention but not do any of the work or make any of the sacrifices.

Of course, with the way that the republicans are starving and otherwise treating military families (not to mention starting needless wars under incompetent leadership), I’m not sure that they’ve thought this plan out very well.
