Wow the rage this inspires is wild. I always fill it out, takes less than 5 minutes. So stupid for this program to exist and people to refuse to use it for their own school.

The best thing you can do is make sure the school isn’t behind on any administrative task the parents are asking of you. Parents aren’t going to rush to get things done if they see the school being lackadaisical.

This!! We can barely get teachers to teach or communicate at my child's school why should families hop to what FCPS needs done. I always did things right away now I think why does it matter the school can't seem to do the basics.

Some people choose to be part of the problem rather than part of the solution. Put people like that on both sides of an issue and you get exactly what you are complaining about.

Whatever it's been years of chaos in FCPS. Sp stop.

Why is FCPS saying it’s required and scaring the kids? This form is invasion of privacy, they have no business asking this. This should be handled during tax return season, not sending a form home and pressuring us to fill it out.

You are an idiot. You are hurting the kids attending the schools.

FCPS policies are hurting the kids attending the schools.

I’ll respond to FCPS about this form when the school starts responding to me when I have a request. It’s a two way street.

You want me to respond to you and your form, but you can’t respond to me about multiple situations that are pretty benign - parking permits, athletic physicals being sent back home because activities office expected all pages when only pages 1-3 are required per the form., or to the teacher asking why on Nov 12 a summative assignment from 9/30 was not graded yet. I don’t have time to email and call the HS for each issue multiple times anymore than you have time to harass me about the form, for which you will receive NO money.

I'll be paying interest on another bond for the SB to waste, but they can't make me fill out this form. Although I get the feeling that the school is filling them out for us when they don't get returned.

Yes! Let’s stick it to the kids because we are mad at FCPS! Woo hoo!

Stop using “it’s for the kids” excuse.

Tell the people harassing and pressuring you that you’re worried the parents of your students, presently receiving no salaries, would interpret this as intensely disrespectful. You’ll be correct.
