I love him. I find his wife annoying.
Is she kind of bony/too thin? I wonder if men find her sexy?
I thought her first love interest (the black British diplomat) was SO sexy!!

So, garbage for smug dummies who erroneously think they’re super bright.
The West Wing was never close to touching the hem of The Wire or anything else actually good. I love Keri Russell but this show makes me want to just rewatch The Americans.
If you don’t like dialogue (strategy, negotiation)…then maybe choose shows that aren’t titled, “The Diplomat.”
I suggest Demolition Derby or Shock and Awe.
That way you won’t have to discuss the show online with smug smarties.

Can you name a show like it that is realistic? West Wing? Nope. Any cop show? Nope. Any lawyer show? Nope. All the Grey's Anatomy medical drama crap? Nope.
It is TV. Fiction. It is confined to a limited number of episodes and isn't intended to be realistic.
People I know in the medical field say The Pitt is the most realistic show they've ever seen.
Since I have no clue about what really goes on behind the scenes in diplomatic relations, and no one to ask, I enjoy this in blissful ignorance.
