So it means it can be reversed before the 60 days is up? I just hope our fellow citizens who work for the Fed and are affected get their jobs back. This is a difficult country to live in without a job.

my office was initially RIFed on 3/15/25. it's still not started due to legal challenges. so it'll be a while for this round of RIFs to actually start as well i'm pretty sure.

Things are going to get worse. I’m not advocating for political violence but I certainly understand the rationale, when you feel completely powerless, and you can point exactly to a person and say “you ruined my life”, it adds up to a situation where desperate people do desperate things.

Yep. And we'll end up paying the bill for all the security that these evil doers ask Trump for.
Only until they get fired or the administration changes. They don't keep their security detail once their fed job ends. Even if they do somehow keep it, Trump has set the precedent of pulling security details from members of the previous administration.
These people will reap what they sow, and I don't mean violence, just someday I hope they pay for this.
