BOE will vote on Boundary Analysis, because Sup said they should. So the Program Analysis will be built into the Boundary Analysis vote.
If BOE members are willing to vote "no" to Boundary Analysis, that's one way to slow/stop Program Analysis, but unlikely enough members will vote "no." Otherwise, BOE members need a serious re-education on what their role is supposed to be, providing guidance and oversight, esp to such a large endeavor as the Program Analysis. Same reason why Sup thought BOE should vote on Boundary Analysis.
Shady that unelected Central Office bureaucrats can make such monumental decisions and sidestep a vote by BOE and without regard to community input.

I’m glad that the days of getting to take certain classes or be in certain programs based only on your address will be in the past. Either something is available to everyone or it’s available to no one.

They have been talking about a vote in December for months. And they sent out an email literally this week saying "The Board of Education is expected to take final action in December 2025."
Final action does not necessarily mean a vote. Could simply be their final recommendation - for the proposed 6 region model. Then the regional model gets built into the Boundary work for final vote in 2026.
