I’m not looking for gory - more creepy or disturbing.
Some examples for me:
The moment in Jacob’s Ladder when Tim Robbins is on the subway and a tail flicks out from underneath a man’s coat.
The moment in The Others when the dead servants glide across the lawn towards the house.
The little girls (Topsy and Bopsy) that follow Diana around in Lovecraft Country. No CGI, just extremely effective use of movement, dance, and costuming.

Yeah I stopped watching Outlander because the rape and torture scenes were too much. Also stopped watching Game of Thrones because of al the rape and gratuitous violence.

I can’t pick a scene, because the creepiness builds up throughout the film. I’m not sure how I would experience it now, but I saw it in a theater when I was a college student— fond of reading Stephen King novels, and nothing I read creeped me out as much as Magic.
