Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:DH here: I’ve been lifting for about seven years now, and have certainly put on a bunch of muscle; I try not to skip leg day though.(No TRT, I’m natty. lol) Assuming this is an honest question, I will say that I feel vastly better than I did before lifting, way better than when I was just doing a bunch of cardio. I get that we hate the Rivian bros, but is it so hard to imagine that being strong feels way better than not? This explains most of it in my opinion.
NP but I think the OP is referring to something beyond what you're doing. It's peacocking and vanity, showing off, like RFK Jr and Hegseth 's push-ups. It's a certain aesthetic which is showing off big guns and how jacked you are. Maybe they feel better, maybe they don't. It's about taking supplements and drugs to get there.

Well.. the red light head lamp doesn't grow brains.
I hope they are all destroying their kidneys and livers and who knows what else.

Don't confuse a little muscle under a lot of fat with being solid muscle.
OP here. I know what I am looking at and I stand by what I said. It’s a very specific Rivian - Lucid demographic. The decile who can afford to finance a dedicated cold plunge pool and pay for a Prenuvo
Not “any men” I pass in AutoZone
I don't even understand what you said here. Get better company.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:DH is very fit but not bulked up. He’s 6ft tall and around 180lbs. He’s in the gym multiple times a week but he also rotates in yoga, jiu jitsu and different types of runs. If you saw him in shorts and a t-shirt you’d know he’s in good shape but he appears average, unless he takes his shirt off. You can see all the muscles in his torso. He lifts for strength, not appearance or bulk. His workouts specifically revolve around maintaining a heart rate below 140bpm at levels high exertion.
He's not UMC.
Anonymous wrote:Yes OP. Totally know what you're talking about. Cold plunge, red light therapy, zone 2 or 5 from Attic, protein protein protein, circadian rhythm stuff from Huberman, oura rings, sleep mattresses etc!
