As someone of South Asian descent, you would hear me being honest about how I think all the Indian products are overrated.

You don't even need to be South Asian to know the "indian" products are overrated.

Huh. I am South Asian. Is it all authentic? No. But I don’t mind the taste of what they have. We get the veggie masala burgers and a couple of the curries to have for a fend for yourself night. They’re tasty, if a little high on sodium.

Also South Asian. One of my teen's favorite easy meals is veggie masala burgers with the rice from the lamb vindaloo. Luckily, I really like the vindaloo, so I have it with roti, and save her the rice.

I’m not south Asian but a lot of my south Asian friends recommend this burger. (I like the Thai chili veggie burgers). I do really like the saag paneer. Not a vindaloo fan but my teen son likes it.

I always assumed the cashiers comments on food were to make easy small talk. It’s better than the Safeway near me where the cashier will tell me I killing myself by buying bacon. I mean I know Bacon is not a health food, but really do not need a lecture as I purchasing it.

I hate capitalism. We should just have a single government run store that doesn't have anything to buy with grumpy employees.

Sounds like a prison.

It's freedom. Freedom from the burden of choice!

Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose.

Just eat them. If you don't like them, try something else next time. There are lots of things I like at TJ.

The Trader Joe’s I go to has a huge parking lot and it’s right next to a Whole Foods. However im not in the DC area. I used to go to the Claredon one with a parking garage that had spaces smaller than any car. Awful.

I mean, if you hate capitalism, you're free to go? Don't let the door smack you on your way out, lol. Something tells me, you're lying. You're likely one of those very comfortably well off liberals who is all hot air.

I lean towards hating it because the parking lots always seem to suck and I don’t think anything they have is all that special. I can’t get all that worked up about t though. I go there occasionally.

I love TJ's because they always seem to locate right next to metro stops so I don't have to drive. I hate driving.

Is it something in their business model to have their stores in areas with the worst parking. The Woodmoor/Colesville Rd one is terrible getting in and out.

This has never happened to me. Perhaps I'm buying all the stuff everyone hates.
