It is low for a NE school. I believe the stats for the engineering school and business school admits is higher. The School of Arts and Sciences brings down the average.
PA is considerd mid-atlantic; not northeastern USA.
PA is in the Northeast, but it’s not in New England.

If the installed a draw bridge over the river to keep the trailer park people on the other side out I might consider Lewisburg a 6 out of 10. Right now it’s a 2.
