Can you define the word frumpy? Because it gets thrown around a lot and I don’t think we mean the same thing.


+1. Second dress shows some figure without being too revealing. OP's dress covers from neck to ankle and is somewhat shapeless. It's going to make anyone with a large chest just look fat. And at a size 8, you definitely aren't fat.

Yeah high neck dresses are actually emphasize a large bust more, so if you're concerned about that, it isn't it.

Instead of sleeves adding a shrug or cami would give you more options. The longer sleeves restrict your options a lot.
