Went to college here and still remember:
The Biograph
Seeing a double bill of Reefer Madness and Nixon's Checkers speech at the Inner Circle just before Nixon resigned (it was hilarious)
Trav's Inn in Glen Echo
WGTB before Georgetown University shut it down
The Birchmere when it was a small venue in a shopping plaza
When Booeymonger was run out of a small storefront in Georgetown by white hippies
Four-wheeling in my jeep in the woods behind Tysons Corner mall
Food for Thought in Dupont Circle
When DC was called the capital of bluegrass

Don't know if it is the same place, but there is a place of the same name at 17th and Penn. My husband used to work right there so he went for drinks a couple of times, and we have brought our kids there for lunch on weekends.

Hanging out at Union Station after it was renovated

When City Place first opened, it was the bomb, and we didn't have to go all the way to Wheaton for theaters
