Nah. He’s just a checked out iPhone screen addict. So the volume when speaking to him goes up and up the longer he doesn’t respond.

No, I equate "asking someone to do something" with a scenario where men commonly have no issue doing what theyre asked. Just like men don't punch their boss in the face, or tell them to shut the F up, etc. Men are perfectly capable of controlling their emotions and listening when it benefits them. They specifically choose not to when it comes to their spouse.

A man screaming at his wife in public and at home for not doing what he asked her to do would be considered abusive. The fact that on this thread it’s called being a shrew or nagging is actually pretty kind compared to what a man would be called for the same behaviour.
