beans of a few different varieties
lentils cooked a few different ways
chickpeas made into croutons, or hummus, or falafel
oatmeal
seed bars
eggs
higher protein bread like Dave's killer bread
greek yogurt
cheese
milk
tempeh in a few preparations
soy curls in a few preparation
peas
