Oatmeal doesn't have to be sweet. You get fiber and protein.

The keto thing was bad for me in that manner. I stopped the whole milk, butter stuff that is pushed. Meanwhile my husband does it and heavy cream and doesn’t have the same issue. I also need the fiber in oatmeal to stay regular.

+1 I don't know why people would come on here and so confidentially say things that aren't true. Like, if you aren't positive, don't post. My cardiologist agrees with this poster that there is no proof that dietary cholesterol is bad for our hearts. He also prescribes and I take a statin. Zero side effects after 20 years. Cholesterol is crazy low (but I have terrible family history) and he tells me to enjoy as many eggs as I would like for breakfast. I just so happen to have two every morning. I also have yogurt and half an avocado.
