Or…ask that swimmers warmup at their local pools and just do some practice starts on site and get going. The forecast was never in doubt after this morning…at the minimum nvsl could’ve shortened the warmups and start the meet at 330-345. So maybe you could’ve gotten through medleys but that’s about it.
