How do they prove they didn’t give URMs a preference without data to back them up?
We already saw the fishing expedition at UVA - DOJ asked for undergrad admissions data, essays, etc. Then they came back for law school. Then they went for the business school. They didn’t find any stories and switched to targeting the president.
Data proves they aren’t breaking the law…for now. We’re now in a phase where feelings overrule data in the government.
