Their only rational response at this point would be to accept that their nuclear weapons program has come to an end and pursue a ceasefire. Any escalation that Iran pursues from here is going to be met with devastation for the Iranian regime.
And just last week, they completed a rail link specifically to move oil. So now China can get its oil without a water route.
China is not concerned about Iran, they are happy the US is preoccupied. And I think the US passes on Taiwan. TSMC is already moving their fabs out anyway, which is their only value add.
Donald Trump is a pawn to the highly competent and strategic Xi Jinping. Thanks for electing him/s
DP. The fabs aren't being moved. They are building new fabs in the US. It will take close to a decade to get the same level of consistency. Meantime China would have run circles around the rest of the world in terms of chip architecture advancement.

Let's see. Higher oil prices for everyone else. Bargain basement oil from Iran delivered by their brand new rail system. US carrier fleet out of the Pacific and too busy to defend the South China Sea.
We didn't need a Taiwan anyway/s
