An airport, a dry cleaner, a dump, a gas station... All of which are proven to have negative health effects. The list goes on and on.

Definitely a concern if they are high voltage.

I would be more afraid of those transmission wires running through the neighborhood.

The ACS isn't trying to sell you anything, so I trust them to be more impartial.

ACS takes money from the mobile phone companies. Obviously this is what they would say.

As soon as someone breaks away from the influence of money, you see them making rational decisions. Example: RFK Jr making the long overdue decision to keep phones out of school to limit our kids exposure to harmful EMF radiation. It’s a no brainer.

LOL was waiting for the RFK reference.

If you’re into essential oils, MLMs, and would rather get polio than a polio vaccine, you might be afraid of cell phone towers.

If you are an educated professional who was avoiding food dyes before RFK was a thing, you’ll be happy to live near a tower because you’ll get better reception.

Nobody in their right mind would be happy to live near cell towers, you are way overplaying this. Even if there isn’t any proven harm from them long term people still avoid living near one and it becomes undesirable for resale alone. You just will never have the same premium other houses would have in the same area if you are in the shadow of a cell towers regardless what you believe.

It’s different in dense urban areas where antennas are on top of buildings and impossible to avoid. People simply have no choice and nobody pays attention to it when it comes to property values. But in places where there is a choice to find a house not close to a cell tower staring you in the face, most people would prefer not to live so near one or would only live near one if there is a discount.

Disagree, I live in a rural area and love that my house is close to a cell phone tower because I get great reception despite living in an area where I can't even see my neighbors.
