Everybody keeps saying this but as someone who loves Hermes bangles (sadly I only have three)...you can just take them off when you type? It really is not a big deal at all.

If you are set on a bracelet, I’d go with something more dainty like a tennis bracelet or a gold rope.

Do not buy diamond studs for this purpose. Diamonds--other than an engagement ring--are not for daytime wear. She should not be wearing diamond studs to the office.
This is outdated advice. I and plenty of other women in the corporate world wear simple diamond studs daily.
I agree that diamond studs are fine for daytime and the office. Those outdated rules are silly.

+1 this is such outdated advice. Most of the women I socialize with wear diamond studs everyday.

Just because you do it, doesn't make it right. It is not outdated. It is tacky for the office.
I bet you still wear pantyhose too...
No, I do not. I have not worn them since I was in my early 20s in the late 90s, when it was still fashionable to do so. They are somewhat out of fashion now--and just unattractive so I don't. The other things I don't wear: Diamonds to work or white after Labor Day and before Memorial Day. Some rules just don't go out of style.

Agree. We live in a world where people wear pajamas and slippers in public on a regular basis and no one cares. Diamond studs in the day time is no longer a fashion faux pas.

No, you’re just ancient. Styles and “rules” change; if not, you’d still be wearing a corset and bloomers.
