My friend has a guy like this. His ex-wife ended the marriage for no decent reason and my friend scooped him up. She says he’s fit, smart, and thoughtful. They have a lot of s3x.
But he is a bit of a baby deer and lucky that my pretty and sharp friend scooped him up. She’s a catch and her ex melted down. Shes and her new(ish) man seem happy.

So long as he engages in good hygiene and wears clean clothes, I'm just not concerned about all the vanity.
What puzzles me is that anybody could reach midlife without having grown to a point where CHARACTER is the first and foremost consideration in a partner.
As a woman I would never being able to orgasm with an overweight partner. I tried. Character won’t help me in bed
I cannot imagine getting into bed with a man without an excellent character at this stage of life. I'm truly puzzled by women who are still chasing dick(s) in their 50s and beyond, it seems very emotionally immature.

men of low character are often the best in bed. Honey, what you need is a grammar lesson. Try using a different sentence for each point.
For example, "I need a slim man to have sex and [to] orgasm. If he is overweight, I will not touch him".
NoVA Community College offers classes to help with basic grammar, and there are likely some slender men who would be your fellow students.
I went to an Ivy grad school. Sorry NVCC didn’t teach you idioms, here’s some basic google info on that for you:
The problem is the run-on, poorly written sentence in your original post. Your post is easier to read if each thought is a separate sentence.
Your community college may have some ivy on its buildings, but your writing does not support your claim of being an "Ivy grad school" graduate.

Most men on OLD are not that attractive, usually don't take care of themselves, apparently never heard of botox, working out and coloring their hair - and we can tell! Don't they have some well intentioned people in their lives they can trust and who advise them to take care of themselves? What's with all the wrinkles and bellies?
So no fatties?
70.7% of men in the 45-64 age group are considered overweight or obese.
It's pretty similar for women, and across all age groups too:

Actually, there are 7% more fat men than women in 40-50s age group. It’s a very significant discrepancy ! No wonder so many women get a divorce in their 40s because they are no longer want to have sex with husbands
No wonder women complain here that men look ugly in 40-50s age bracket.
You assume that looks are equally important to women as they are to men. They're not.
In our current era, looks are very important to women for meeting a new partner. (Less for leaving a current spouse).
From getting that initial swipe right on a dating app, to showing off your partner on Instagram.
There are many high profile examples were this is not the case, but I doubt Bill Belichik's life is comparable to the men of DCUM.
Nah. It's height, social status, and money. If he's got that but he's overweight but not morbidly obese, women won't care about the weight.

I prefer people who get along with their ex. "No contact" with ex is often a red flag not a green one.

Unfortunately for me, many women are like you. Fortunately for me, more than a few are not.
