My husband and I were out to lunch today (we both work from home and usually get out of the house one day a week) and the menu had a side called "chip fries" (as well as crinkle cut fries). I asked him what chip fries were. He laughed and said he had no idea. I then told him about this thread.

Could it be that he doesn’t know what the sauces are or what to pair them with? He may get the dipping/pour over concept, but not know what he’s supposed to be dipping into the sauce or pouring them over. I don’t know why but when I saw the title “what do I do with this sauce” all I could imagine was the scene from Pitch Perfect 2 when they started singing “I don’t think you’re ready for this jelly …”. I totally thought the thread would take a different direction. But if you want your DH to stop asking you, maybe singing the lyrics would stop him from asking.
