Because of guns. Access to guns makes people next crazy. The victim shot two people and set an apartment building on fire before he was killed by police. If that’s not proof that guns make people insane then I don’t know what further proof you need. We need to get all the guns.
Guns don't help but I think it's actually unchecked capitalism. It destroys societal fabric, divides people, and makes them desperate.
No argument from me. Get rid of guns AND capitalism. Both have slaughtered millions. In fact if we get rid of guns first, it will be a lot easier to get rid of capitalism after that. If you do it the opposite way, these cons will still be able to shoot back. Let’s pull their teeth first.
It worked for Stalin and Mao, so why couldn't it work here? I say we give it a try. What could possibly go wrong?

I'll never understand why people get so worked up over police shootings of violent people like this. Then when someone truly innocent is the victim of gun violence, but the killer is not a police officer, the same people don't care one bit. It's really disgusting.
