I'm on the Palisades listserve and have seen nothing of the sort. People are losing their cats, setting stuff out for free, and advertising programing at the library....

No they don't. YOU don't kid yourself. That is the beauty of the selective high school - for the most part the disruptive kids have been screened out. (Parent of a Walls student - none of this nonsense going on there).

I don't think so. I'm the one who lives near Banneker and I walk through a crowd of students every morning and afternoon, and I have never smelled weed coming from them, and I've never witnessed any rowdy behavior. I've been inside the school, too, and it's very peaceful.

lol. Clearly, your anecdotal experience proves that no Banneker students smoke pot or are rowdy.

I'm sure they do. But it does not spill over into the neighborhood at all, which seems to be what this thread is about.
