The big headline on pretty much any other news website is about the stock market dropping, including chart(s).

Meanwhile their TV coverage has included a fencer who refused to face a transgender opponent and the closing of the EPA museum.

FoxNews is not reporting the new story from yesterday about DOGE's Edward Coristine's prior involvement in a cybercrime ring. Same guy who was also leaked from a prior job for leaking proprietary info and they did not cover that either.

I particularly loved this line of the article: “Last year, a major focus in congressional hearings led by the GOP wasn’t waste or fraud — it was about Social Security being too aggressive in clawing back accidental benefit overpayments.”

To their credit, they're showing the Senate Intelligence Committee hearing right now. We'll see how long they stick with it.

Just where Fox chooses not to cover news stories at all. (Keeping viewers in a bubble)

I’m having a conversation with a family member …

Fox News never covered that the budget passed did not include no tax on tips and no tax on OT pay. My brother would only believe me if I could provide him with a Fox article that stated it didn't because in his eyes, all other media is fake news and part of the liberal agenda.

Even with the Signal app situation, Fox is covering it, but very lightly and putting a spin on it. I heard them last night say something like "The Left has an issue with it because they are talkers not doers. If we had waited for all these top-level officials to be in the same room at the same time, nothing would ever get done. This Admin is proactive and that's what you're seeing. You're seeing very important, very busy officials getting the job done by any means necessary with any tools necessary. The American people are going to be uncomfortable at first but will get used to it when they keep seeing the positive results."

Disgusting.

We can't even use the Signal app at my tech job because we know the app is so compromised. We don't want our development plans/secrets getting out. When we're having meetings to roadmap upcoming features, no cell phones are even allowed in the room with us - not even our highly restricted, super locked down work issued phones.

My gym plays Fox News.

Headline "Dems deny kidneys to GOP"

(based on a comment a morning Talk Show host made about not wanting her donated kidneys to go to Trump voters)

The fact that you don't know of any tells me you are going to lose any kind of debate with the family member.

And downplaying usage of a non secure app for highly sensitive info? I saw comments trying to justify it as adequately secure, very comical.

I can't find this on the website. Is it buried?

VERY brief report here https://www.foxnews.com/politics/how-reporter-may-have-been-added-signal-text-chain-national-security-leak-according-wh-official

Note “may have been added” to the chat after the NSC spokesman confirmed that he was.

A couple of weeks ago, there was a headline about earthquakes rocking the east coast. The story was about California earthquakes.

Not exactly on topic, but it’s hilarious.

They did say Medicare and Social Security will go bankrupt sooner than you think because the 20 million people that cross the border are getting it.
