It's mind blowing why you would keep so many returning players if you were only able to win 1 game. You might have 2-5 players worth keeping, but to keep the majority of the roster and ignore outside talent is a key indicator that the coaches can't spot talent.
most likely bc the better players are leaving for next season and the ones they got to sign up for the poo show from the outside are the ones who can't make other ECNL or MLSN teams.

1. Roster size for younger age group is too large.
2. Cost is high and then in middle of season they asked for additional money for adding a tournament. You would think the 23rd player's fees would of covered this cost.
3 Zero feedback or player evaluation.
4. Communication overall is poor(This is being nice)
5. Coach is there because of his daddy is the director.
6. Multiple coaches listed on website but only one is there. They had a good goalie coach but he left mid season. No substitution was provided.
7. No scrimmages. This shows lack of effort. There were large gaps of play this year due to the weather and no scrimmages were offered. It was a new team and zero scrimmages were done prior to the year starting.
8. Practices are not developmental or tactical. Basically running and rondo.
No video review (This is typical for most clubs but what is the point in having VEO if we are not reviewing the tape.)
Bare minimum provided.
Avoid FVU boys side. They will keep ECNL due to girls side and ECNL will be scared about recent team losses. You are better off going somewhere else.
This club should be called FU not FVU, that’s basically what they’re doing lol

Anonymous wrote:no they wont. ECNL values boy side more. You cant keep on having 1-3 wins a season and have negative 30-50 goal differential. It’s down right embarrassing and ENCL it going to have issues with it.Anonymous wrote:Experience at FVU,
