What we do is run candidates that can clearly articulate how what they are going to do makes the American dream attainable for more people, including the people that voted for Trump.

Very first step in keeping his name out of our mouths and talking about what’s going on now in terms of billionaires taking over.

Grassroots movements have power. Now, they’re just going to happen a little but differently - because everyone has an opinion now that they aren’t afraid to voice because they may seem “uneducated” or “unqualified” to speak about it.

Why not consider new ways to galvanize the people? They are the ones leading the boycotts, and attacking Elon’s net worth. Politics as usual is over.


You can't blame a 50 year career politician with a greed for power accepting a party nomination and easy POTUS election victory over a very weak candidate. I don't blame Biden for that. He is who we thought he was. Those to blame are the people who were duped into thinking it was "okay" to nominate and elect someone so old and unfit they'd hand The White House back to the even more awful Trump.

There are many ugly reasons Trump was elected to a second term. The primary reasons are Biden's 2024 collapse and the people that were too stupid to see that inevitable collapse when they supported him for POTUS in 2020.

That’s what people thought they had in Joe Biden and boy did that backfire. How about find someone who’s in touch with the wants and needs of the American people, regardless of race or gender.

This isn't just Trump issue, there are a lot of people who voted for him. It's no use denying this. You can protest and make phone calls, but I truly believe that the only way out is through. +1 control what you can and let go of the rest. Be mentally flexible, getting through this may require you to challenge some of your existing assumptions about how you live your life. You may need to be open to things like relocation. If you’re a fed, you need to change the way you think about your career. Work for money not mission, focus on your own family and what’s best for them. Be shrewd like a business person in your private life. Darwin.

It's not popularity. It's fighting for the Constitution itself. If people don't care about it, maybe this form of government was too much for them.

Now that being an upper middle class Democrat is a marker of class status and moral goodness, Dems have lost the ability to admit mistakes and make adjustments. Even after a bad loss to “He Who Shall Not Be Named,” 90% of posters on dcurbanmom REALLY struggle to admit that ANY Democratic policies are ineffective or unpopular. We need to hit rock bottom before we can change, and we are nowhere near. We are in denial. We’ll have to lose again in 2026 and 2028 before we’ll even consider that we might have a problem.
