Yikes. Religion should have no place in all of this. You know, the whole separation of Church and State thing.

First he beat the Clinton machine in 2016.

Then he drove the Democrats to hysteria and bad behavior, discrediting them with flyover state Americans--they dropped all pretense of being democratic and tried to get rid of him without appealing to the voters--they impeached him twice, changed all the rules for the 2020 election, censored him, arrested him, etc etc.

Then he got re-elected to a second term. Now he's dismantling Democratic Party patronage networks and Democrats' ability to use tax dollars to fund partisan political activity. With no access to taxpayer dollars for illicit political activity, the Democratic Party's political prospects are significantly weakened.

It's a total reversal. Democrats had expected one-party rule. Now they're getting it, but not in the way they expected.

The Republicans will control the White House and Congress for the next 20 years, and they really have Trump to thank for it.

+1. He's horrible and a nightmare. But he really did beat the Dems and gave power to GOP. I hate to admit this but he is kinda a political genius. He's a moron of epic proportions and an egotistical Ahole but he found his calling in terms of being able to win election. I blame this on the stupidity and gullibility of Americans but to be fair, he leveraged all the anger and nonsense the Dems whipped up over the years to win.

Religion is a tool of control for greedy men to exploit stupid people. It has nothing to do with freedom. You're an idiot if you think more religion means more freedom for anyone.

The most memorable aspect of his presidency so far is the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riots. I think that will be hard to top.

In his first term, POTUS was critical to overturning Roe v Wade by changing the Supreme Court. That was the impossible. It was a 50 years goal. He unstuck it.

This term, it’s too soon to tell. However, Potus is may be seen as bringing back religious freedoms, necessary to guide an unmoored country. The religions of old will be able to compete again with the State Religion that was perceived as too radical.
