Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Oxford, Cambridge

Princeton, Caltech, Duke, Columbia, Yale

Berkeley, Penn, Cornell, Chicago, Hopkins

amending my list because whoever wrong the academies is right.

so HYPSM, West Point, Annapolis, Notre Dame, UCLA, and Duke.

Assuming you have no disqualifying medical issue and are open to serving, Army & Navy are by far the highest prestige, easiest admit out there.
