If you don’t mind, what was the prompt you used? I’ve asked my chtgbt trainer for a plan and the results seemed off. I’m looking for strength and aesthetic training for over 50 year old woman. Thanks.
I don't mind at all, I put in something like chest workout plan at the gym or at home since I workout at home when I can't get to the gym. Home chest exercise also gave me a variation of push-ups to target different muscle fibers which was new to me. I put in a specific body part for more concise responses and will tailor to strength, athletic training, aesthetic etc..and age. I also tried glute workout plan for aesthetics and it breaks it down to one day of upper glute exercises, another day for lower glute exercises. Pump session, or burnout exercises as well. So more specific you feed better the output of exercises/workout plan. Still kinda new to this and I'm not one to use a fitness tracker or even logging my workouts, I'm old school. But this is definitely handy!
