Republicans 22 seats- 1 tilt dem, 2 tossups, 1 tilt R, 1 lean R, 5 likely R.
Once the impact of destroying the Federal Government and fired 75% of federal employees and contractors start to bite republicans could lose 10-14 seats in the senate.
Perfect if Dems have 3/3 of Senate and a majority in the House then impeaching Trump, Be able. And Johnson will be a slam dunk.
As much as I'd love to see Trump impeached and removed from office, do things really get any better under a President Vance?

Don't count on it. People have short term memory and it all depends on they spin it by that time.

We already have total Democratic voting commitment from all the white progressives and laid off federal employee types. Trump bit into our expected margins with black folks and hispanic folks last time. We still have most of those folks voting for us, but we had very few marching for us. How can we get those groups fired up? The DOGE stuff and the stock market stuff don’t seem to be resonating.

Black and brown people are extra afraid. I'm not even the "wrong kind of brown person", and it made me horribly nervous just to travel overseas, although I am a US citizen. We have targets on our backs, so until things improve, most of us are keeping our heads down and working in ways that don't bring attention to ourselves.

Black Americans have said all over social media they’re sitting it out. 1/ they didn’t create this mess, and 2/ the police will use them to declare martial law. I’ve seen dozens of people online say that’s why they’re sitting it out, FYI. I’m sure Black DCUM can weigh in.

What? For Youngkin?
I'm not in Virginia, so it's not really my battle. But I do think the people there could do much better than Warner. You can replace him with another Democrat for all I care. Just seeing Warner lose his seat would be satisfying by itself.
Warner and my congressman, Connely are just happy and chillin at their seats and have no fear of losing it. Sometimes change is needed for congress people to perform better. May be some other democrat or republican need to challenge him .
Warner does IG videos nearly every day. You may not like him, but he’s showing up daily.

Are people finally fed up? Are they going to finally vote against GOP down ballot?
