It has been suggested elsewhere that Black South Africans come to the USA to be resettled under this. Simply SAY that you are white. Your case will have to go to the courts. The judges would cringe at taking it on. It could force a clarification in the rules that could get ugly.

Not surprising that things were not as presented by Trump. It's not like Trump ever stops to check out the details and accuracy of what he's told. Musk told him white people were being persecuted in South Africa and Trump accepted it and then took the additional step of signaling openness to having white South Africans migrate to the US.
