I live very close and agree that the P+R parking is terrible. In fact, we have to think twice about going there at all unless it's for off-hours.
It's just not worth the hassle of getting into and out of the garages.

Does anyone know if they have plans for a new spot in Bethesda? (please don’t respond with the Pike & Rose spot - that is Rockville no matter that some developer decided to call it “North Bethesda”).

As if you are too good to drive two miles

So true! Just drive the 2 miles. Don’t be a Bethesda snob.

Parking sucks there. That's the main issue.

What? There are tons of garage spaces with 2 hour free parking. It’s a very-well set up little fake neighborhood.

I didn’t know our new trolley came from somewhere else! I’m thrilled to have it even though I don’t totally get why they used the trolley thing. It’s next to several vacant retail slots. I guess it works better for them economically.

Does anyone connected to Riverdale park know if it was intended at one point to go down by the green playground? Or is something else going to go there? When the took away the parking and put the concrete…thingy…someone told me it was for a food trolley/truck situation.

I learned from New York mavens that you always scoop out most of the bread from a bagel and eat primarily the crust. You could also order bagels this way. My mouth still water over one place that scooped out a pumpernickel bagel, buttered it, and then added creamy scrambled eggs. It was heaven.
