Horrible implants look horrible. I've seen a few stunning looking implants that were worth every penny she paid. You don't even know when you've seen implants often times. They have come a long way.
They might look good but the proof is how the funbags feel when getting groped. They always feel like there's a bag of silicone in there.

I have tiny implants (to even out breasts after breastfeeding). Nothing feels like a bag of silicone as they are behind the muscular tissue. There is a large layer of natural breast fat on top. Are you sure you were grabbing the right body part ?
All imaging specialists are now trained to perform mammogram with implants; only one type is causing cancer and it’s phased out. The fatigue syndrome or capsule contracture are also not that common.
Women tend to choose very large implants that look weird and do feel fake to touch. If you go just a size up from our own natural breast, the implants won’t be noticeable at all ! But cosmetic effect is really nice: fat graft won’t achieve it.
My recommendation to OP is to pick the smallest possible size. In some cases - tubular breast, uneven, deflated etc - implants do improve woman’s confidence
I love mine !
