My XH attended a W in the early ‘80. He said no one used the bathrooms if they weren’t doing drugs or drug deals.

I attended a W school in the late 90s/early 00s and never had an issue with the bathrooms at all. They were clean and safe.

Precisely. Graduated from GHS in 1996 and there was the “secret” bathrooms everyone knew you could go smoke in and do other things and not get caught in.

I haven't noticed any major issues with student chromebooks, only that kids seemingly don't care if they break them. (I build and repair desktops/laptops at home for fun and when used properly a chromebook works just fine for everyday tasks.) Beyond that MCPS has already started to replace older Dell teacher laptops with a newer model, with their scheduled tech mods. It still has the weakest battery ever, so I suspect they will need battery replacements in the near future. I've had few problems with Boxlights but sometimes teachers forget to run the right software (Unplug'd rather Clevershare) or if the wifi is weak in the room hardwire it for a steadier connection. I would agree, however, that Canvas is somewhat lacking, and could do better but Synergy generally works. (Except for when grading. Holy mackerel, is that system an unholy mess to deal with!)
