I doubt it would. It is clearly written in the context of male/female vaginal intercourse. There is an exemption for using contraception.

Obviously we'd develop a good surveillance system - and a network of snitches. Hey it's working for Texas for women getting abortions. Plus, just like in Texas, you'd allow anyone to have standing to bring charges.

Look there are some guidelines about what they can and cannot do with their bodies. That is the way it is.


Keep your legs closed, boys, and you'll be fine. I raised responsible young men who know how to control themselves, not man sluts, so I'm not worried.


Our country would be better off if all teens kept their legs closed. Spend that time studying, working a part-time job, and participating in worthwhile extracurricular activities or sports.
